David was very helpful and polite. He kept me updated via text message while it was at the dealership. I was late to picking up my Mini due to the rain and thought I was going to be stuck with the loaner car another day but David was able to get me squared away! I even conveniently paid my invoice through text message. Couldn't be more happy with the quality of service both my Mini and I received.
As far as maintenance goes, I have no problem. They fixed it. I do take issue with the "answering service" female. I was told I'd be contacted with a quote before the loaner car was due back, it didnt happen. I didnt want to bother them so I waited up until the morning of date printed on my statement to call them. I was hung up on 2ce, when the female finally answered she assured me she'd pass my message along and someone would return my call. It never happened. I was there to return their car on time as agreed upon, they were not. Guess everyone bailed to La Brisas for half price cinco de mayo margaritas, they should've at least invited me. Wasted my gas and time.
Thank you for getting my mini "Jenny boo " back on the road and running like a champ. Fidel made right on his promises and Valentin and I are very pleased with how she's running now... we appreciate how thoroughly you addressed our issues. Thanks again.

My car was in the shop longer than excepted but the service advisor Jesse was professional and nice. Very accommodating. This is my second mini I own. It is almost time for my third, however, the sales department was not able to meet my requirements, but the service department made sure I left happy. Thanks

I would like to say that Doug and his crew at the service center went above and beyond to help me and my husband Valentin Trevino make sure our 2010 mini Cooper S got back in working order. We went through everything it could possibly be before taking it to them. They fixed a recall, then did diagnostics until they found the problem. We are so pleased. Thank you again. Update 4/6/19... having issues however pending outcome of current staff issues.... Thank you Fidel for your response.
