I provided him with some pretty tough tasks in regards to finding out some specs regarding bike rack options. Victor treated me professionally and I always felt that I had his undivided attention if I was at the dealer or on the phone. More importantly Victor made this experience very pleasant because I felt like I was talking to a friend and a gentleman and not a salesman when I was in the process of buying the vehicle. I am extremely happy with my Mini and the Clear Lake Mini experience - I smile from ear to ear when zooming around town. I was and remain somewhat confused because I had been told that unless my Countryman notified me that it was time for an oil change that I woul not need one. Svc mgr advised me to bring it in so he could demonstrate to me how he accesses my car's info with my key. Apparently it was ready for an oil change despite never being notified by my car. I've had the car for over 15 months & odometer reading was over 10,000 miles... I'd prefer to rely on dealership notifications as I became accustomed to with my previous Mini." The only thing that kind of bothered me was the loaner vehicle was super dirty inside and out. It could have used a little TLC!
